Costs
In a world in which transport plays a significant role in economic activity and the movement of goods and people, professional driving skills are becoming a necessity. However, getting this ability isn't inexpensive. There are a lot of costs to consider, such as the cost of training and exam. In the Netherlands the process of obtaining Code 95 may cost as much as 3000 euros. Fortunately, the costs associated with the process of acquiring this certificate are much lower in Poland and can be as low as 1500-2000 PLN.
For truck drivers who are licensed to drive trucks, the Code 95 certificate is necessary for trucks weighing more than 7.5 tons in Europe. The certificate is valid for 5 years and must be added to the driver's license category C or C+E. It can also be added to the C1 or C1E license which permits the driver to drive lighter trailer combinations.
You must be able to pass a psychological test as well as an examination for medical reasons to earn an Code 95 Certificate. After completing the course, you will be issued an official plastic Code 95 certificate that can be inserted into your driving license. The cost of the course includes a medical examination, PKZ service and payment for the plastic Code 95 Certificate.
The cost of the Code 95 Certificate is the same as other types of driving lessons. It is also important to remember that the course must be held at a CBR-approved driving school. Trainers must follow strict CBR procedures. For example, if a student is absent from the class, the instructor must inform the CBR immediately.
After the course, the participant must visit the Road Traffic Safety Directorate to apply for a new license. The deadline for replacing the licence is six months from the date of the completion of the course. This is to ensure that the driver is at the required expertise and knowledge required to operate a heavy vehicle. In addition the driver must be able to read speed limit and kilometer signs posted on the road.
Options for training
Code 95 is a sign on a driving licence that you have completed the requirements of training to drive trucks and buses professionally. This is a condition you must meet every five years to renew your work permit. The periodical training requires 35 hours of classes and can be done at a driving school or at home (e-learning). It is possible to spread the course over a period of five years. The tuition is typically paid for by your employer.

Code 95 training is divided into two types: the long and short courses. The long course is about four weeks and concludes with a governmental test. After passing the test you will be issued a plastic card. The card has to be submitted into the database of unified European certificates. The institution where you attended will submit it to database. The card will be processed within 14 days.
The cost of the lengthy course is about 2,000 PLN, and the examination costs 300 PLN. You'll have to pay an additional fee to the school in order for them to upload your certificate into the unification of the European database. Once the card has been made and you are able to pick it up from the school.
As a trainer you must adhere to the guidelines in order to be able offer a course that issues Code 95. First, you must submit a plan of training to the CBR. The plan must be approved by the CBR prior to classes begin. You must also follow the strict rules throughout the training.
You will receive an official certificate from the CBR once you completed the course successfully. Then, you can forward this to the RDW. After submitting the form successfully, you'll be able to renew your license with the municipality. If you do not renew your license prior to the expiry date, you are not able to operate trucks or buses professionally for more than 12 hours per week. Exams
You must pass both the theoretical and practical tests in order to obtain the code 95 on your license. These exams can be taken independently or in conjunction with the acquiring of the basic category license at a driving school. After passing the exams, you'll receive a certificate as well as a code 95 card. The card is valid for five years and must be renewed prior to the expiration date.
Depending on the course of study, you can take short or long-term courses to prepare for the code 95 exam. The long course lasts about four weeks and concludes with a governmental exam. In this test, you are asked to answer 30 questions on the subjects covered during your classes.
You must complete 35 hours of periodic training every five years following passing the code 95 exam. This can be done in the country you reside in or work. Once you have completed the training, you will receive the certificate from your teacher and the CBR. The CBR will inform the RDW of your accomplishment.

The most popular driving license in Europe is the C-license. In the Netherlands, the requirement is that you pass the initial qualification for professional drivers at the Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen, or CBR, in Dutch). Requirements
